The excitement at the indoor sports hall of the University of Lagos was palpable. After coming tops in the uni+concert poll the live show was filmed in the University of Lagos.
The contestants on probation this week must have been hoping for pardon again this week, like it was given last week, but that was not to be.
They had to take us on a musical journey singing their songs from last week. Tenacious Emmanuel kicked off with a much better performance of Michael Bolton’s ‘When I get back on my feet’, closely followed by sweet Zaliha doing Adele’s ‘Rolling in the deep’. Aziga did Lionel Richie’s ‘Stuck on you’ and the judges felt it was a vast improvement on his previous performance.
The Big man Isaac sang ‘Water Runs Dry’ by Boyz II Men, pretty Ethel wowed everyone Toni Braxton’s ‘How could an Angel break my heart’. Lastly for the evening was Princess singing Whitney Houston’s ‘Greatest Love.
After the performances, the result of voting was that Ethel again won the hearts of the viewers, Judges saved Isaac to his relief, Faculty freed Princess. Emmanuel, Zaliha and Aziga were left to the contestants not on probation to determine their fate in the competition.

At the end of the day, Emmanuel had the highest votes from them, leaving Zaliha and Aziga eliminated. With the sad exit of these budding stars, tomorrow will treat us to an evening of Urban Contemporary songs after which another set of contestants will be facing probation.
To win a ticket to the live shows just text LS to shortcode 303 from an MTN line and you could get to watch the show LIVE.
Project Fame...whatta feeling!
Aziga and Zaliha walk down the lonely path of elimination!

The set of contestants for this Season to me seem rather unserious and unprepared. There is no raw talent amongst them!!!!. Their mode of presentation is not backed with enough enthusiasm and professionalism. ( cant see that fire in them) The amount of anxiety in their performances is so enormous that u can even feel the heavy weight. I am pissed joor !! And I wonder what the faculty is doing to salvage this embarrassment. Last week's performance was so so terrible that even the judges got confused, left with the judges all the contestants would be put up for eviction.I am sure !!!

Weldone project fame for raising a platform for young talents to show case there thing. However, am not comfortable with the idea that fellow contestants should save a person on probation. Its only natural dat they would save the contestant who is not a threat to them in the house and eliminate the contestant who seem to have a upper hand or who they know is better than them. Its my humble suggestion that the method of saving a contestant on probation should be exempted or modified. In the principle of equity and fairness.
