Brenda got motherly counsel from Mummy J, Sonia fell into Uncle Ben's 'late-comer's' net. Both of them sure won't forget today in a hurry.
Mummy J gave clear motherly rules to under-aged Brenda, telling her the issues considered before allowing her to get into the Academy in the first place. She told her to be covered at all times. No low-necks and definitely no skimpy dresses and she accepted without reservations.
It was Ige's first voice training class and trust, she has got a lot of technical words to play around with in her music class. she started out with asking the contestants what music is all about, and they started doling out all manner of definitions. She came to the rescue and took them through the basics of singing. She said her classes would entail.
1. Unlearn bad singing habits,
2. Learn and practice proper singing habits,
3. Expand your mind as regards to voice,
4. How to sing together and blend,

Edward Wright
Sunday, 05 August 2012 17:41
Edward Wright made it into the Academy finally after four (4) initial attempts, but left with Tega Apochi at the second week of the competition.
Here is one of his stage performances:
He is a 26 year-old and has being doing music and song-writing for a living since his college days. He has a little daughter and a girlfriend both of whom he loves very much. He says he’s a good guy but doesn’t smile much because his eyes have seen ‘too many things’ during the savage war years that besieged Sierra-Leone.
Edward says he isn’t religious but is quite spiritual and is very connected to God. He certainly doesn’t see himself as a ladies’ man but is not averse to making new friends along the way, if they can accept him for who he is.
In Edward's words, 'I'm fulfilled and you all should watch out for me'. Ride on Edward...

Monday, 03 September 2012 18:49Ella who's full name is Ifeoma Victoria Nnabuchi, is a 23 year old lady from Anambra state and the first born and only daughter of her immediate family. She picked 'Ella' as a stage name when she discovered the zeal to be a performer and the name has since stuck. This isn't her first stab at fame and fortune on Project Fame West Africa. She tried once in the past but didn't make it into the academy. She was unable to attend auditions this season but was told about the wild-card contest by her boyfriend who encouraged her to sign up for it. And she did.
Asides from singing, Ella is also interested in ball-room dancing. She believes she was born to be a performer and having enjoyed the support of her mother over the years, intends to do her proud on the show. The soft-spoken and emotional dark-skinned beauty, promises to also make her neighborhoods 'Satellite Town' and 'Maryland' (both in Lagos), very proud of her.
