After a brief commercial break, the tall dark and beautiful Yvonne calmly wowed everyone with Bob Marley’s all time ‘Redemption Song’. It was a beautiful interpretation, the judges commended! Velma’s interpretation and accompanied acts of Beyonce’s song ‘Fever’ was very so on-point that the faculty and judges were left with no choice but to commend this ‘feverishly hot’ performance. Monica in her natural elements brought down the roof with ‘Falling’ by Alicia keys. She was such a pleasurable sight to watch with this exceptional performance.
Â
Ethel looked enchanting in her beautiful grey gown and as she confidently performed Toni Braxton’s ‘How could an Angel break my heart’, but the judges felt this performance could have been better. Joba did not drop the bar in this performance. His rich voice was beautifully displayed as he sang ‘No Stars’ by Darey. Emmanuel flowed into the evening’s mood with Michael Bolton’s ‘When I get back on my feet’. His huge voice fragranced this performance but the judges felt he should learn how to control his huge voice.
Our very passionate first class philosopher Ruth, dressed the part and with corresponding attitude performed Omawunmi’s ‘If you ask me’. Rachael with her sonorous voice, did justice to Mariah Carey’s ‘Whenever you call’ and Ese got everyone on their feet as she took a bow with Rihanna’s ‘Take a bow’. Finally, Roy brought the show to its climax as he treated everyone to Michael Bolton’s ‘How I’m I supposed to live without you?.
After a thorough deliberation by the judges, Emmanuel, Aziga, Zaliha, Isaac, Ethel, and Princess landed in the probation net of the judges.

Emmanuel got on probation again because he couldn’t connect with the audience, Isaac was way too loud at some points in his performance, Zaliha had a shaky start-off, Aziga couldn’t connect well with the audience too, ethel sacrificed singing for performance, while princess was because of her not-too-good diction.
